Contract Details: Upon confirming Dan for your event, we will send you a contract complete with presentation details. Please review, sign and return to us for signature. We will email the countersigned contract. We can mail you a hard copy upon request.
We can also customize your program description to match your theme or meeting requirements.
The following are all included in the speaker packet and available here on the website:
Platform Preference: Dan is fine with most room set-ups, but suggests a raised platform for groups of 200 or more. Being elevated makes it much easier for everyone to see and enjoy his presentation. Dan does not speak from a lectern. If it is necessary for a lectern to be on the stage for other parts of the program, please have it set to the side of the stage during his presentation.
Travel Arrangements: Our office will make Dan’s travel arrangements at least 3 weeks prior to your event date and will forward his itinerary to you. You are responsible for securing his hotel on your master account. Dan prefers a King Size Bed / Non-Smoking Room.
Ground Transportation: Please arrange ground transportation (to and from the airport) and let our office know who will be meeting Dan, or if you need him to take a cab or shuttle.
Payment: A deposit of half the amount of the honorarium is due upon confirmation. The remainder half of the honorarium is due two weeks prior to Dan’s presentation date. We will provide you with invoices and a w9. Expenses are due after Dan’s presentation and will be billed under separate invoice.
Handouts: Dan typically does not use handouts, but we can provide these upon specific request.
Audio/Video Recording of Dan’s presentation, in whole or part, without prior contractual agreement, is not allowed.
Follow Up: We will contact you following your event to get your feedback and discuss Dan’s NEXT presentation! Due to the high demand from clients to bring Dan in for subsequent events, we archive each presentation to ensure there is never any repeated material, unless specifically requested.
