Delivering the Commencement Address at the inaugural graduation ceremony of the Masters Degree Programs at the Higher Colleges of Technology in the United Arab Emirates. Later Dan spoke to the faculty and students at several of the 17 campuses;
Dan was also the special guest of His Highness Sheikh Nahayan bin Mabarak Al Nahayan of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, at his “Festival of Thinkers” – an international gathering of 15 Nobel Prize Laureates and 129 world leaders, wherein Dan was asked to write the theme song and produce its accompanying music video for the Festival.
